Matthew Droesch cited for defiant trespass at Nazareth skate park

On July 11, 2026 at 9:56 p.m., Nazareth police on patrol observed two males inside the locked skate park at Borough Park on North Broad Street; officers unlocked the gate, made contact and had them exit. One man was identified as Matthew Droesch, 24 (white male, 5'6", 150 lbs); both individuals were issued citations for defiant trespass (3503 (B)(1)(I)) and released. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
