Matthew S. McQueen arrested in Saugerties on stalking and harassment charges

On September 25, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Matthew S. McQueen, 37, of Bloomfield, New Jersey. He was charged with PL 120.45 (Stalking 4th) and PL 240.26 (Harassment 2nd), processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court in Kingston for arraignment. McQueen is described as a 37-year-old Black male, 5'7", 200 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
