MCSAP detail: 6 CMVs placed out-of-service during 08/12/26 inspection
NBTPD and the Central Bucks Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement Team inspected 11 commercial motor vehicles along US 202 Business and nearby roads; six were placed out-of-service.
On Wednesday, 08/12/26, New Britain Township Police Department hosted the Central Bucks Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement Team to inspect commercial motor vehicles along the US 202 Business corridor, County Line Rd (SR2038), Bristol Rd (SR2025) and Upper State Rd. Inspectors checked 11 CMVs: 3 had no violations and 8 had violations totaling 64 violations, including 22 out-of-service violations. Six CMVs were placed out-of-service for brake and load-securement issues; four drivers were placed out-of-service for license or medical certificate problems, three CMVs were on weight/size-restricted roadways, two were overweight, 18 citations and 46 warnings were issued.
