Before it became a hit musical, Rosalind Wiseman’s book Queen Bees and Wannabees exposed the complicated social hierarchy of the teenage world — the alliances, power plays, unwritten rules and the quest to belong. That world now explodes onto the stage in MEAN GIRLS: The Musical, presented at Northampton Community College’s Bethlehem campus for current and future students, faculty, staff and the wider community.
