Mechanicsburg: Hit-and-Run Damages Parked Car on S. York Street

On June 22, 2026, at approximately 8:41 a.m., Mechanicsburg police were notified that a vehicle parked behind a residence in the 400 block of South York Street had been struck. The owner, who was out of town from June 17–21, returned to find damage to the rear bumper and is unsure when the collision occurred. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mechanicsburg Police Department (case MBG-2026-06-0707).
