Megan N. Robey arrested on fraud, criminal conspiracy charges

Megan Nicole Robey, 41, was apprehended by the Lansdale Borough Police Department on July 2, 2026 on an active East Earl Township warrant alleging she conspired with William Lancaster to steal a township check that was later forged with Robey as the payee and deposited into her bank account. She was transported to Lancaster County Prison, arraigned by Magisterial District Judge John Benner, and released on $25,000 unsecured bail to await further court proceedings. The warrant was issued Sept. 22, 2025 by the Hon. Jonathan W. Heisse; Robey is presumed innocent.
