Megan Robey arrested on aiding consummation of crime and criminal conspiracy charges
Robey was taken into custody July 2, 2026 and released on $25,000 unsecured bail after arraignment.
The East Earl Township Police Department held an active arrest warrant for Megan N. Robey (41) accusing her of conspiring with William Lancaster to steal a check issued by East Earl Township, forge it to show Robey as the payee, and deposit it into her checking account. The warrant, issued Sept. 22, 2025 by Hon. Jonathan W. Heisse (docket MJ-02306-CR-0000249-2025), led to Robey's apprehension by the Lansdale Borough Police Department on July 2, 2026; she was taken to Lancaster County Prison and arraigned by MDJ John Benner, who set $25,000 unsecured bail and released her to await future court proceedings. Robey is presumed innocent.
