Meghan Taylor Woodham charged with DUI after East Petersburg crash

On August 10, 2026 at about 9:28 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a crash in the 1500 block of State Street in East Petersburg Borough and identified 28-year-old Meghan T. Woodham of Manheim as one of the drivers. Officers reported smelling alcohol and say Woodham refused to submit a breath sample; she was charged with 75-3802 (A1) DUI — general impairment. Criminal charges were filed before MDJ Chudzik and PennDOT may impose additional civil sanctions for the refusal.
