Michael J. Lilly arrested on drug charges in Ephrata

On July 15, 2026 at 10:05 p.m., Ephrata Police located Michael J. Lilly, 23, of Ephrata, at 20 W. Main Street and arrested him on an active warrant; officers found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a search. Lilly faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M); he was arraigned July 17 by MDJ Landis and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
