On June 10, 2026, Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a reported theft of vehicle parts at Hess Auctions, 1451 River Road, East Donegal Township (Marietta, PA). Following an investigation, 40-year-old Michel Santana Cabello was charged under code sections 183503A1II, 183502A4, 183921A and 183304A1. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
