Michelle R. Brenneman, 52, charged with retail theft and theft by deception in York County

On June 22, 2026, Michelle R. Brenneman, 52, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor theft by deception after allegedly taking $141 worth of merchandise from Walmart and attempting a $45 fraudulent return. Springettsbury Township police booked her on additional counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (case 43-26-04726). Brenneman is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
