Michelle Renee Stuber arrested on multiple DUI charges

The East Earl Township Police Department arrested 44-year-old Michelle Renee Stuber of Denver and charged her with two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (highest rate and general impairment) and Failure to Drive at a Safe Speed. Police allege that on Aug. 17, 2026, at 6:53 p.m. Stuber hydroplaned and went off the roadway in the 1200 block of Precast Road; a breath test reportedly showed a blood-alcohol concentration of .180%. Stuber is presumed innocent as charges are accusations pending legal proceedings.
