Miguel A. Gonzales-Rios arrested on assault, harassment charges in Lititz
Lititz police say a 30-year-old man allegedly punched another man during a fight on Front Street, leaving the victim with a fractured nasal bone.
On Sept. 13, 2026, Lititz Borough Police responded to the 500 block of Front Street about a fight between two males. Police allege Miguel A. Gonzales-Rios, 30, began the altercation after drinking and punched the victim in the face and the back of the head; the victim passed out, was taken to the hospital and was diagnosed with a fractured nasal bone. Gonzales-Rios was arrested, transported to Lancaster County Central Booking for an immediate preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled; he is presumed innocent.
