On October 12, 2026, around 11:15 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on the 200 block of Skyview Lane in Warwick Township after the driver fled on foot. After a roughly two-hour search, officers took 21-year-old Lancaster resident Miguel Angel Pena into custody. Pena was charged with Evading Arrest (M2), Loitering and Prowling at Night (M3), False Reports (M3), Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness; charges were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
