On July 25, 2026 at approximately 11:21 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Old Philadelphia Pike at Seidersville Road for an illegible registration plate. The operator, Miguel Angel Perez, 35, of Allentown, failed field coordination exercises, was transported to the Northampton County DUI Center and charged with driving under the influence and illegible registration at District Court 03-2-04; his recorded BAC was .16%. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
