Mill Hall man pleads guilty to corruption of minors
Robert Lee Weaver, 24, admitted showing pornographic materials and sex toys to two children; sentencing is set for December.
Robert Lee Weaver, 24, previously of Mill Hall and Renovo, entered guilty pleas to two counts of Corruption of Minors (F3) in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. The case was filed in 2021 by PSP-Lamar Trooper Tim Wright, stayed for over four years after defense claims of incompetence, and in January 2026 Judge Craig P. Miller ruled Weaver competent to proceed. Weaver admitted repeatedly showing pornographic materials and "sex toys" to two children, ages 10 and 13, in January and February 2021; he is scheduled for sentencing in December, will undergo a Sexual Offender Assessment to determine if he should be classified a Sexually Violent Predator, and will be subject to Megan's Law registration for at least 15 years.
