Mill Hall Man Pleads Guilty to Corruption of Minors
Weaver admitted showing pornography and sex toys to two children in early 2021 after a multi-year delay while his competency was litigated.
Robert Lee Weaver, 24, formerly of Mill Hall and Renovo, entered guilty pleas to two counts of Corruption of Minors (F3) in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. The case, filed in 2021 by PSP-Lamar Trooper Tim Wright, was stayed for more than four years after defense claims of incompetence; President Judge Craig P. Miller ruled Weaver competent in January 2026. Weaver admitted repeatedly showing pornographic materials and sex toys to two children, ages 10 and 13, in January and February 2021; he is scheduled for sentencing in December, will undergo a Sexual Offender Assessment to determine Sexually Violent Predator classification, and will be subject to Megan’s Law registration for at least 15 years.
