Millersville Borough has implemented a new parking ticket processing system allowing officers to issue tickets electronically (printed on white paper) or manually (traditional orange tickets). You have five days to pay the original amount — payments are accepted online at www.millersvilleborough.org, by phone at 717-899-9299, by mail, or in person at the Millersville Borough Police Department; in-person or mailed payments must be made by cash, check or money order, while online or phone payments accept credit or debit cards. If unpaid by day six a $15 late fee is added and a notice is mailed to the registered owner, and if payment is not received within two weeks of that late notice the ticket will be referred to a collections agency with additional fees; contact the police department Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with questions.
