Millersville man cited for using fake ID at Jack's Family Restaurant
A 20-year-old man was cited after presenting a fraudulent ID to obtain alcohol at a Millersville restaurant.
On October 3, 2026, at about 7:45 p.m., Millersville Borough Police responded to a call at Jack's Family Restaurant, 15 S Prince St. Officers say Michael Eugene Nixon, 20, presented a fraudulent identification in an attempt to obtain a beer and was cited for Possessing a False Identification and Purchasing Alcohol as a Minor.
