Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison sued Texas Governor Greg Abbott to compel the extradition of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent accused of assault and of falsely reporting a crime. The lawsuit seeks to have the agent returned to Minnesota to face the charges.
