Miss Manners: When should children be taught to cover their yawns?

Dear Miss Manners: I know it’s proper for adults to cover their mouths when they yawn, but what about children? I think it’s adorable when young children yawn after a busy, active day. They’re so cute, and it clearly means it’s nap time. At what age should children be taught to cover their mouths when they yawn?
