Montgomery County Man Sentenced to 5 to 10 Years for Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

A North Wales man pleaded guilty to multiple felonies after attempting to meet what he believed was a 13-year-old for a sexual encounter in Bensalem Township.

Pawol Piotr Sudol, 45, of North Wales was sentenced Tuesday to 5 to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty to attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, attempted statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility and indecent assault for attempting to meet what he believed was a 13-year-old in Bensalem Township. The investigation, led by Bensalem Township detectives working with the FBI Child Exploitation & Human Trafficking Task Force and the Pennsylvania ICAC Task Force, found Sudol traveled to the meeting location and bought flowers before fleeing; Common Pleas Judge Stephen A. Corr ordered sex-offender conditions as part of the sentence.
