Montgomery County man sentenced to 5 to 10 years for attempted sexual exploitation of a minor
A North Wales man pleaded guilty to multiple felony counts after attempting to meet what he believed was a 13-year-old for a sexual encounter; he was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in state prison.
Pawol Piotr Sudol, 45, of North Wales was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty to attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, attempted statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility, and indecent assault. Authorities say Sudol used social media and a dating app in September 2025 to contact what he believed was a 13-year-old, arranged a meeting for Oct. 7 in Bensalem Township, and drove to the location with flowers before fleeing; charges were filed Oct. 29 and he was arrested Nov. 3 following an investigation by Bensalem Township detectives working with the FBI Child Exploitation & Human Trafficking Task Force and the Pennsylvania ICAC Task Force. Common Pleas Judge Stephen A. Corr ordered sex-offender conditions; the case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Bridget Murphy, and officials including District Attorney Joe Khan and Bensalem Director of Public Safety William McVey praised the investigation and prosecution.
