Pawol Piotr Sudol, 45, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty in March to multiple felony counts, including attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and attempted statutory sexual assault, for attempting to meet a 13‑year‑old in Bensalem Township. Investigators say he contacted what he believed to be a 13‑year‑old via social media and a dating app in September 2025, arranged to meet on Oct. 7, and fled the scene when he suspected a trap; the case was developed by Bensalem Township detectives working with the FBI Child Exploitation & Human Trafficking Task Force and the Pennsylvania ICAC Task Force and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Bridget Murphy.
