Moodle upgraded to 5.1; Fall 2026 course shells available
Information Technology Services upgraded Lafayette’s Moodle to version 5.1, adding a new LetStudy course format; Fall 2026 course shells are available to instructors and a virtual Moodle Essentials training is scheduled for Aug. 17.
ITS recently upgraded to Moodle 5.1, which includes a new course format called LetStudy. Fall 2026 Moodle courses are also available to instructors but are hidden as usual and can be made available at the instructor’s discretion. You can join ITS for a virtual Moodle Essentials training session 2-3 p.m. Mon., Aug. 17.
