Morrisville Borough police reports for Oct. 13–20, 2026, list several arrests and incidents. Anthony F. Troupe (58) was taken into custody on a warrant for absconding from Adult Probation and Parole; Michael Livingston (33) was arraigned on a warrant with bail set at 10% of $100,000; and a warrant will be issued for Leonardo Nieves (49) after an attempted traffic stop. Officers also investigated two theft-from-auto reports (including a stolen Samsung Galaxy phone), arrested Steven Jensen (27) on retail theft and related charges, made a DUI arrest of Israel Santos Sic-Cuc (39), and cited Melissa Zarenkiewicz (53) for public intoxication.
