Motorcyclist killed in Hanover crash at Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive
A 20-year-old Hanover man died after his 2017 Suzuki GSXR struck a trailer on Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive early July 8, 2026; the York County Coroner ruled blunt force trauma the cause of death.
On July 8, 2026 at approximately 5:13 AM a 2017 Suzuki GSXR operated by a 20-year-old Hanover man struck a trailer being pulled by a 2006 Chevrolet 3500 driven by Adam Snyder of New Oxford at Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive. The Hanover man was pronounced deceased by the York County Coroner, which ruled his cause of death blunt force trauma. Hanover Borough Police, assisted by Penn Township Police, Hanover Area Fire and Rescue/EMS, and the York County Coroner’s Office, are investigating and ask witnesses to contact York County 911 or 717-637-5575; the victim’s name is being withheld pending proper notification.
