MTPD Cadet Kevin Borishkevich Graduates from Reading City Police Academy
Borishkevich earned a marksmanship award at the academy and will begin field training with Manheim Township Police.
Officer Kevin Borishkevich graduated from the Reading City Police Academy Class 2026-01 on Friday, June 26, 2026. He received the Marksmanship Excellency Award for achieving 99% firearms proficiency, and was photographed with Lieutenant Michael T. Piacentino and Chief Brian Freysz. Borishkevich will be assigned to the 2nd platoon in the Patrol Division and will begin his field training program with Field Training Officer Stuart Kopenhaver.
