Batavia Police reported arrests from June 22–27, 2026, on charges including failure to register, criminal contempt, drug possession, DWI and child endangerment.
From June 22–27, 2026, Batavia Police arrested several local residents on charges including Sex Offender Failure to Register (Alan D. Tidd), Criminal Contempt, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, DWI, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Trespass. Most suspects were issued appearance tickets and released, while some — including Tidd — were arraigned in CAP Court and taken to the Genesee County Jail.
