Multiple arrests in Batavia, June 22–27, 2026

Batavia Police reported arrests from June 22–27, 2026, including Alan D. Tidd (66) for Sex Offender Failure to Register; Demauri J. Humber (26) and Steven J. Godinho (41) for Criminal Contempt 2nd; Jason W. Whitehead Jr. (28) for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd; Jill M. Turner (44) and Gerald A. Mattison (33) for Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Frank P. Bellucci (28) for DWI; George N. Jeffries Jr. (37) for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th; Jason G. Moneau (49) for Criminal Trespass 2nd; and Thomas A. Culver (47), Jessica L. Culver (36) and Brodes J. Gibson (65) for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Most were issued appearance tickets and released; Tidd was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court, and Mattison was arraigned in CAP Court. Several arrests followed traffic stops or alleged violations of orders of protection.
