N.J. man arrested after tip for downloading child sexual abuse material
A tip led police to arrest 29-year-old Joshua Montagna of Holland Township on April 24; he faces multiple charges related to child sexual abuse material and alleged sexual offenses involving a child.
A man was arrested and charged in Hunterdon County for downloading multiple images and videos depicting child sexual abuse materials, authorities said.
Joshua Montagna, 29, of Holland Township, was charged with attempted endangering the welfare of a child, permitting a child to engage in child sexual abuse material, attempted sexual assault of a child and possessing child sexual abuse materials, among other charges, police said.
