Narvon woman arrested on DUI and open container charge after Division Highway stop
Arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on the 5900 block of Division Highway where officers allege intoxication, an open alcoholic beverage and refusal of a breath test.
Katrina Mae Lauer, 38, of Narvon was arrested by the East Earl Township Police Department following a traffic stop on the 5900 block of Division Highway on August 10, 2026 at 10:05 PM. She faces charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol — General Impairment and Restriction on Alcoholic Beverages after officers say she showed signs of intoxication, had an open alcoholic beverage in her car and refused a breath test (case EE-2026-1222). Lauer is presumed innocent pending legal proceedings.
