Natasha Renee Wilkins, 45, was charged with one count each of identity theft (F3) and forgery (F3) following a police investigation on September 25, 2025 at First Capital Federal Credit Union, 1410 Kenneth Road in York. A warrant was issued October 16, 2025, and Wilkins turned herself in on September 28, 2026 (case CR-344-25) to the West Manchester Township Police Department.
