Nathaniel Bashir Miller arrested on criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges
Arrested Sept. 26, 2026 on a Stroud Area Regional Police warrant alleging he forced entry into a home and caused property damage after a verbal domestic incident.
Nathaniel Bashir Miller, 23, was arrested by the Allentown Police Department on Sept. 26, 2026, on an arrest warrant issued by the Stroud Area Regional Police Department and is incarcerated at the Lehigh County Jail. Police say that on July 24, 2026, after a verbal domestic on North 5th Street in East Stroudsburg the victim asked Miller to leave; he broke the door lock to force entry later that morning and fled before officers arrived. A warrant was issued Aug. 3, 2026 (Docket MJ-43302-CR-0000282-2026) charging him with criminal trespass (18) 3503(A)(1)(II) — F2 — and criminal mischief (18) 3304(A)(5).
