Nathaniel Bashir Miller, 23, was arrested by Allentown Police on Sept. 26, 2026 at 6:58 a.m. on a Stroud Area Regional Police warrant charging him with one count of felony criminal trespass (18 §3503(A)(1)(II)) and criminal mischief (18 §3304(A)(5)) stemming from a July 24 incident on North 5th Street in East Stroudsburg. Police say the victim—who occasionally lets Miller stay at her home—asked him to leave after an argument; when she locked the door he allegedly forced entry by breaking the lock to retrieve belongings, then fled before officers arrived. The warrant was issued Aug. 3, 2026 by MDJ Gasper (Docket MJ-43302-CR-0000282-2026); Miller is held at Lehigh County Jail and tips may be submitted anonymously.
