Nayelie Destiny Lloyd charged after Millersville hit-and-run
Millersville police say a 23-year-old woman left the scene after reversing into another vehicle in a fire lane; a license plate provided by the victim led to her identification and charges.
Millersville Borough Police allege 23-year-old Nayelie Destiny Lloyd committed multiple traffic offenses following a hit-and-run on October 9, 2026. Officers say the victim reported Lloyd’s vehicle sped down a fire lane toward a dead end, reversed into the victim’s car and left without exchanging contact information; the victim provided a license plate number that led to Lloyd’s identification. Reported charges include accident involving damage to attended property, operating without required financial responsibility, suspended vehicle registration and failure to stop and provide information and render aid.
