The Nazareth Borough Police Department filed charges and obtained an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Kashawn Allston following an investigation into fraudulent use of stolen credit card information at Gorilla Smoke N' Vape on May 14, 2026. Investigators used surveillance footage, license plate reader data, search warrants, intelligence-sharing and witness interviews to identify Allston. He faces one felony count of access device fraud (F3) and three misdemeanor counts—theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property—with a district justice appearance scheduled for July 20, 2026.
