NCPD Lieutenants Graduate from Charleston Police Executive Leadership Institute
Lt. Joseph Sherwood and Lt. Ralph Draper completed a four-month, multi-agency leadership program emphasizing communication, ethics, strategic planning and community policing.
The North Charleston Police Department announced that Lt. Joseph Sherwood and Lt. Ralph Draper graduated from the 4th cohort of the Charleston Police Executive Leadership Institute, a four-month, multi-agency program. The curriculum included effective communication, conflict resolution, leadership ethics, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, community policing, and recruitment and retention strategies. Assistant Chief Perry attended to celebrate the graduates as NCPD reaffirmed its commitment to leadership development and community service.
