ND Supreme Court blocks Greenpeace from pursuing most Dutch suit against Energy Transfer

The North Dakota Supreme Court ruled this week that Greenpeace International cannot keep pursuing most of its lawsuit against Energy Transfer in the Netherlands. The decision comes as Energy Transfer’s case moves forward in North Dakota.
