Today the Pike County Sheriff’s Office remembers the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honors the courage of those who ran toward danger. Deputy VanHorn paid tribute by completing 110 flights of stairs in full uniform, demonstrating dedication, strength and respect for the fallen.
