New stop configuration approved at North Cedar & North New streets
Council approved adding two stop signs at the North Cedar Street and North New Street intersection after a traffic study found sight-distance warrants.
At its August 25, 2026 meeting, Lititz Borough Council approved a new stop configuration at the intersection of North Cedar Street and North New Street after a traffic study identified sight-distance warrants for two additional stop signs on the North New Street approaches. The installation will include two stop signs with flashing red beacons, stop bars and “ALL WAY” indications; the Lititz Borough Police Department says the signs will be installed soon and lists [email protected] as the media contact.
