The Newtown Antique and Classic Car Show will be held Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on State Street in Historic Newtown Borough (rain date Aug. 2). Motorists should expect extra pedestrian traffic near Washington Avenue and State Street and use caution. Parking restrictions begin at 6:00 a.m. (no parking on State Street between Centre Ave and Jefferson St; no parking on Jefferson St and Greene St between North State and Liberty), and State Street between Centre Ave and Jefferson St will be closed beginning at 7:00 a.m.; Jefferson Street and Washington Avenue bridges will remain open, and local businesses and Newtown Borough municipal parking lots will be open for the event.
