Nicholas Hisker charged with evading arrest, drug offenses after Sheetz incident
West Manchester Township police say a 24-year-old man was charged with evading arrest on foot, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an investigation at the Sheetz on Carlisle Road.

On Sept. 29, 2026, 24-year-old Nicholas Michael Hisker was charged in case CR-451-26 with one count of evading arrest or detention on foot (M2), one count of possession of a controlled substance (M), and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (M).
