On July 7, 2026, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Target after Loss Prevention stopped Nichole Sue Fuller, 38, who had filled a shopping cart with Owala water bottles and other items, covering them with a blanket and attempting to leave the store. Fuller entered the store with two children, purchased two backpacks and two lunch boxes but did not pay for the remainder of the cart; the total value of stolen merchandise was $3,023.92. She was charged with Retail Theft (18-3929 A1) and Receiving Stolen Property (18-3925 A).
