The Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department released its Oct. 6, 2026 event log of all agency-assigned CAD incidents drawn from Lancaster County‑Wide Communications. The release states it complies with Pennsylvania laws governing criminal history record information (Title 18, Chapter 91) and 911 emergency communications (Title 35, Chapter 53), noting that identifying information for 911 callers, victims or witnesses—such as names, phone numbers and home addresses—cannot be released under the Right-to-Know Law, while incident locations and street-block identifiers may be disclosed unless doing so would reveal a caller’s address.
