Parkesburg Borough Police arrested 53-year-old Noe Guerra Alacron on Sept. 14, 2026, on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and related offenses stemming from an incident on Sept. 13 in the 300 block of W. Seventh Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled at District Court 15-3-07. Guerra Alacron is described as a 53-year-old Hispanic male, 5'6", 210 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
