Noreen Martz, 41, was arrested Thursday, September 24, 2026, at about 3:40 p.m. She faces a charge of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree in connection with a reported theft. The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office made the arrest at Raymond Ave in Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
