North Central Pa. under freeze warning until Monday morning
National Weather Service issued a freeze warning early Monday; protect tender plants and early season plantings.
On Monday at 1:14 a.m. a freeze warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 9 a.m. for Northern Clinton and Northern Centre as well as Warren, McKean, Elk, Cameron and Clearfield counties.
The weather service adds, "Take steps now to protect tender plants and vegetation from the cold. Unprotected early season plantings may freeze."
