North Charleston Police Celebrate Officer Promotions

P.F.C. Jessica Decell and M.P.O. Jessie Demalo were promoted to Corporal; Corporal Brandon Reid and Corporal Joe Jeffeaux were promoted to Sergeant; and Sgt. Joshua Quick was promoted to Lieutenant. Associate Chief Angela Johnson administered the oath of office as family, fellow officers, civilian employees and friends attended to pin badges and show support.
