North Charleston Sgt. Lizarazo and Sgt. Beaudoin Honored by Frontline Heroes Foundation
Two North Charleston police sergeants received recognition from the Frontline Heroes Foundation for lifesaving de‑escalation and sustained community service.
Mr. Robert Kinsey of the Frontline Heroes Foundation presented awards to Sgt. Lizarazo and Sgt. Beaudoin of the North Charleston Police Department. Sgt. Lizarazo was recognized for using calm communication, empathy and effective de‑escalation to safely resolve an individual experiencing a mental‑health crisis, while Sgt. Beaudoin was honored for outstanding service, dedication and commitment to the community and department.
